CHITRA SANTHE – “ART FOR ALL”
is an art event organized by Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath on Sunday, the 31st January 2010.

This event will spread out from Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath on to the Kumara Krupa Road. This one-day event will feature artist’s stalls from all over the Country, it is an unique opportunity to showcase art to the public. The event will display art like: Paintings, Graphic Prints, Miniature formats, Sculpture and much more in affordable prices.

This is an attempt to bring art to the public to make art a part of mundane life. It is also to introduce affordable visual art to all.

Instructions and Rules to Participants
• Artists above the age of 16 years are eligible.
• The Registration Fee of Rs.100/- by Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Art Complex, Kumara Krupa Road, Bangalore - 560 001 on or before 1st January 2010.
• One day lodging (Dormitory) and Boarding will be provided by the organizers for the outstation participants on prior request.
• Please note and observe the timings of the event: 9 am to 7 pm.
• The right to reject the application rests with the Parishath.
• We do not take any responsibility for any type of damage or loss to the exhibits during Chitra Santhe.
• No storage facilities will be provided.
• Exhibits of reproductions (digital), photographs and handicrafts will not be allowed.
• Each stall is allotted exclusively to an artists and subletting is not allowed.
• Certificates are issued only to the registered participants.
• No participant is allowed to deal with the works of others.
